Dear valued patients,
As we all watch the developments of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know that we are working diligently to stay informed and on top of all necessary hygienic procedures. With that in mind and following orders from the ADA and the ISDS, we will be halting all procedures deemed non-emergency until April 1st. As health advocates and leaders, we hope to do our part in helping to stop the spread of infection. As of March 19, 2020, we will only see patients with the following emergency issues:
· Moderate to severe dental pain caused by infection, dry sockets, fracture or lost root canal fillings.
· Dental trauma involving the loss or rotation of a tooth or teeth.
· Cementation of final crowns and bridges if the temporary has been lost or broken.
· Discomfort that affects a patient’s ability to chew and require adjustment such as with partials, dentures, crown’s and bridges.
Until April 1st, all dental hygiene appointments and non-emergency procedures will be suspended. If you have ANY questions, please don’t hesitate to call. It is our hope that this tough situation will be resolved by April 1st and we will reevaluate how to proceed so that we may continue to provide you the best care possible.
